Since the very beginning, our mission has been to create high-quality hair essentials that could become an everyday staple and stand the test of time and wear. We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to making sure our pieces remain your go-to clips for years to come. 

Eligible pieces are covered under the Karst Warranty Program for 1-year or 365 days after the purchase date.

 

Karst Warranty Terms

  • Most of our hair accessories are eligible for replacement if pieces break, crack, or snap due to regular use, or other quality-related issues arise that prevent the item from being used as intended.
  • Our warranty does not cover items that appear to have minor cosmetic variations in color, pattern, texture, or misalignment in pattern. Due to the handmade nature of the acetate sheets we use, variations in pattern, color, and texture are normal. If the item is unworn and you wish to exchange for another item, please reach out to us at hello@wearkarst.com.
  • The warranty does cover the Essential Comb, Slim Claw, SuperClip, Mini Claw, Small Claw, and Baby Claws. The warranty does not cover Creaseless Clips and jewelry styles.
  • Our warranty program is eligible through pieces purchased directly from our website (wearkarst.com), a Karst pop-up event, or any authorized retailer.
  • Our warranty program only covers faulty items due to manufacturing defects and breakage due to regular, everyday use. We do not offer replacements on pieces that are lost or stolen.
  • If the colorway in your original order is no longer in stock, you may choose from other available colorways of the same style.
  • We can only provide a complimentary replacement piece once.
  • The Karst Warranty program is only available for orders in the U.S. and Canada.

 

How to Request a Warranty Replacement

  1. Send us an email at hello@wearkarst.com.
  2. At the subject line, please enter 'Warranty Replacement Request - Order Number: _____'
  3. Please enter your order number, shipping address, the name and colorway of the piece which needs to be replaced, the reason for replacement, and photo(s) of the piece showing its condition.
  4. Please allow us to get back to you within 24-48 hours for further instructions and assistance.
