Karst Warranty Program
Since the very beginning, our mission has been to create heirloom-grade hair essentials that could become an everyday staple and stand the test of time and wear. We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to making sure our pieces remain your go-to essentials for years to come.
Eligible pieces are covered under the Karst Warranty Program for 1-year or 365 days after the purchase date.
Karst Warranty Terms
- Most of our hair accessories range is eligible for warranty and replacement if pieces break or other quality-related issues arise. The warranty does cover the following styles: Essential Comb, Slim Hair Claw, Classic Hair Claw, Mini Hair Claw, Baby Hair Claw, Bamboo Paddle Brush. However, our warranty does not cover the following styles: Creaseless Clips and jewelry styles.
- Under the Karst Warranty Program, you may either opt for a refund or a replacement piece of the same style and colorway that is free of charge to the customer.
- Our warranty program is eligible through pieces purchased directly from our website (wearkarst.com), Karst pop-up event, or any authorized retailer.
- Our warranty program only covers manufacturing errors and breakage due to regular, everyday use. We do not offer a replacement on any pieces that are lost, stolen, or appear to be broken in circumstances outside of intended use.
- We will only issue a replacement for the original style and colorway which was originally purchased. If style or colorway is no longer sold, please read below.
- If the colorway in your original order is no longer in stock, you may choose from other available colorways of the same style that was purchased, redeem the original amount purchased for store credit, or opt for a refund.
- You are only able to redeem a replacement piece once per purchased item.
How to Request a Warranty Replacement
- Send us an email at hello@wearkarst.com.
- At the subject line, please enter 'Warranty Replacement Request - Order Number: _____'
- Please enter your order number, shipping address, the name and colorway of the piece which needs to be replaced, reason for replacement, photo(s) of the piece showing its condition (the more the better).
- Please allow us to get back to you within 24-48 hours for further instructions and assistance.
