Do you ship outside of the U.S.? Yes. We ship worldwide!

How long will it take to ship my order? For domestic (U.S.) orders, it can take anywhere from 2-5 business days after you receive a shipping confirmation to receive your order. For international orders, it varies depending on location of destination. Some international orders can take up to 14 days to arrive after a shipping confirmation is received.

How much is worldwide shipping? International shipping rates vary depending on destination. You can check your rates when you checkout after you enter your address.

How long does it take before I get a shipping confirmation? Processing and packaging your order can take 1-4 days after your order date. However, if unforeseen delays occur, we will notify you at the email associated with your order.

 

Returns FAQ

What do I do if I want to return something? If you're not happy with your purchase, we're happy to accept returns 30 days after your purchase date. Please email us at hello@wearkarst.com with your order number to create a return. We will not refund any pieces that appear worn or broken.

Can I exchange something? Yes. If you would like to try something new, please email us at hello@wearkarst.com with your order number for further instructions on how to initiate an exchange.

Uh oh! My order came in broken or faulty, can I get a replacement? Yes. Just email us at hello@wearkarst.com with your order number and the piece of concern.

I think my package is lost, can I get a refund? Karst is not responsible for any shipping courier related issue for lost packages. If you think your package may be lost, please reach out to the respective shipping courier associated with your tracking number to investigate the issue.

We make sure to inspect every piece thoroughly before shipping to ensure a high quality standard for every customer. However, if you feel that you received a faulty item due to damages made in transit or manufacturing issues that may have been overlooked, please feel free to reach out to our team at hello@wearkarst.com. 

We offer a 365-day warranty for normal wear-and-tear defects observed after regular use. Please send photos of damages and details to hello@wearkarst.com to claim your warranty for a complimentary replacement. Read more about our warranty terms here.
